Omega-3 Fatty Acids for Hair, Skin, and Nails

Everyone's heard about omega-3 fatty acids. They're often presented as a miracle cure for both health and beauty. And it's true that omega-3s are great for you. So a lot of people add a fish oil supplement to their daily routines. They pop a pill and hope for a miracle. But when they don't see results, they stop taking them. Does this mean fish oil and omega-3s are a giant hoax? Not at all! However, if you want to see transformation from the inside out, you have to do more than just take a pill.

Taking an omega-3 supplement will certainly reduce inflammation throughout the body, which has wonderful implications for your health. But those results can't usually be seen with the naked eye.
